In order to use Jezchat Passport, users are required to provide a username, password and e-mail address. Neither the Administrators of Jezchat, or the Moderators participating, are responsible for the privacy practices of any user. You agree, through your use of these forums, that you will not post any material that is false, offensive, inaccurate, abusive, harassing, obscene, disrespectful, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law of the United Kingdom. In the event a breach of a law of ANY nation it is possible that legal actions may be taken against you. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate on these forums. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, profile and posts and you agree to cover and hold harmless Jezchat, and all forum staff.

With each post on these forums your IP Address may be recorded. This information is only accessible to the Forum Administrator, moderators and Jezchat and will be used if you are banned from the forums or to locate you or to confirm your location for statistical purposes. If you feel a conversation may lead to a dangerous situation you should leave the room immediately - Jezchat cannot be held responsible for any incidents resulting from the use of the chatrooms.

In the occasion that any of the terms and conditions of part 1 are broken we (Jezchat & the administrators of MyJezchat) reserve the right to remove the offending member from the site. We also reserve the right to remove members at ANY time and for any reason without notice. No personal details will be passed on by Jezchat.

We must also note that while member privacy is of the highest importance to us we reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any information we have about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any information posted by you. Jezchat also reserves the right to change, alter or remove parts of these terms and conditions without any prior notice and without any notification. We may change or delete posts we deem to be inappropriate.

Lespacio

Lespacio provides a platform for free exchange of files and ideas through its main site and its forum section. Lespacio is wholly owned by Jezchat and as such is primarily governed by these terms. Use of Lespacio is also on condition of agreement to further terms as set out on the seperate registration or setup page. Jezchat makes every effort to ensure Lespacio adheres to all legal and moral standards however cannot be held responsible for its users actions.
